Customer should contact SupplyMarine if they are dissatisfied with a product for any reason. Customer may not return products without the prior written consent of SupplyMarine. Except for products that are specially ordered and/or assembled for Customer, SupplyMarine may, at its sole discretion, provide an exchange, credit, or refund if the product is returned within 30 days of delivery, at its original packaging and proof. SupplyMarine purchase. Assembled products or special orders cannot be returned to SupplyMarine. All returned products are subject to a minimum restocking charge of fifteen (15%) percent.

SuppyMarine Job Application Retention Policy.
Applications for SupplyMarine are important assets. SupplyMarine requests only information related to the bona fide occupational qualifications of positions before offering a position to a candidate SupplyMarine will only use information obtained through an initial application or selection process to determine whether to hire an applicant. Any personally identifiable information provided will not be used for marketing or profiling or resold to any other entity. Internally, we treat all requests as confidential and restrict access to your personally identifiable information to Associates who need access to the information to do their jobs. The law requires the Company to maintain job applications for a specified period of time. SupplyMarine complies with these records retention and destruction policies and schedules. SupplyMarine retains all paper and electronic job applications for the period prescribed by law. To ensure the secure handling of Applicant information, all Application data files of candidates who are not hired are deleted or destroyed within 2 years. Requests that are relevant to litigation, or potential litigation (ie, a dispute that could lead to litigation), are retained until the Law Department determines that the records are no longer needed. That exception supersedes any previously or subsequently established destruction schedule.
